Note: We were given a complimentary stay at this hotel
Ki Niseko is the perfect luxury ski resort for your family’s winter getaway. The resort features a range of accommodation option from stylish hotel rooms to spacious apartments. We loved our 2 Bedroom Condo comprised of two connecting rooms, a separate lounge and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and spectacular views of Mount Yotei.
The minimal and luxurious design ensured we had a comfortable stay and we enjoyed the five star facilities the property had to offer. Guests have access to both public and private world class onsens, a ski valet on the 2nd floor, and mouthwatering dining options. We enjoyed the full breakfast spread each morning and highly recommend dinner at An Dining. The hotel is located at the heart of Niseko’s Grand Hirafu surrounded by the best ski slopes and gondolas, a plethora of award winning dining options, stylish cafes, shopping, and more.
Ki Niseko is a ski-in ski-out property and makes skiing easy for families with seamless gear rental from YamaSport and ski lessons with GoSnow Niseko. Everything was booked and confirmed in advance and through a questionare about our children’s ski level and experience they were able to match us with a suitable instructor. Both our children not only learned new skills after a day on the slopes but raved about their amazing instructor and unforgettable experience.
Ki Niseko is a winter paradise that should be on every skier’s bucket list. With luxurious accommodations, exceptional dining, and world class skiing, it’s no wonder that Ki is considered one the the best in the region.
An Dining
An Dining is one of Niseko Ski Resort’s most popular dining establishments. Located inside the stylish Ki Niseko, the restaurant is known for it’s innovative and creative approach fusing Japanese and Western fare. The restaurant’s menu features of variety of dishes showcasing the best of Hokkaido’s ingredients including locally sourced seafood, vegetables and meat.
Highlights of our meal included the flavourful and creamy Pate de Campagne, the fragrant Straw Grilled Conger Eel with Wasabi & Salt, the addictive Zangi Fried Chicken with Teriyaki Sauce, the tender and rich Spiced Lamb Stewed in Tomatoes served with Couscous, the delicate Sautéed Monkfish with Butter Sauce and Parsnip Puree, and indulgent Grilled Shiraoi Wagyu Sirloin.
They also feature a list of local Niseko sakes and wines which paired perfectly with the mouthwateirng meal. Staff were friendly and spoke both English and Japanese making it easy for them to make amazing recommendations and ensure we had a seamless meal. A great family dining spot in Niseko.
