Our family felt right at home in our 2 Twin Bed Mountain View Room complete with separate lounge area and dining table, decadent beds, and direct views of the gondola and beautiful mountain. The deep soaking bathtub is a highlight of the suite and we loved having plenty of space for a family of four.

Olivio
Set in the luxurious Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono, Olivio serves authentic Italian fare in a relaxed and cozy setting. We loved the stylish space, spectacular mountain views, and impeccable service. Olivio features an open kitchen, Mediterranean inspired design details, and beautiful windowsill tables overlooking Mount Yotei. The varied menu features fresh ingredients from Hokkaido crafted into delectable Italian cuisine.
Highlights included the creamy Caprese using Burrata Cheese, Tomatoes and Basil, the rich and flavourful “Trippa alla Fiorentina” using braised Hokkaido Beef Tripe and Parmesan Cheese, the crisp and fragrant Margherita Pizza, the tender “Polpo Arrostito” Roasted Octopus with Potato Puree and Garlic, and the juicy “Tagliata di Manzo” using Hokkaido Beef Sirloin, Rucola, Cherry Tomatoes and Parmesan Slices. They also feature a family friendly children’s menu which was a huge hit with our little ones. A must dine spot after a day of skiing in the Hanazono slopes and ideal for families visiting Niseko.
