Have an unforgettable family vacation at the luxurious and welcoming Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong. The stunning waterfront property boasts charming and grand interiors, a variety of spacious guest rooms, stunning views of the Aberdeen harbour, and a plethora of dining options sure to please any foodie. As a well known Singaporean institution, the brand has brought a taste of the delightful city to the shores of Hong Kong. Our Grand Deluxe Oceanfront Room was perfect for a family of four and we couldn’t get enough of the five star amenities and accommodating service. Our children were instantly engaged and entertained at the Explorer’s Kids Zone and its wide array of family friendly features. The tranquil infinity pool is one of the most stunning in Hong Kong and acts as a perfect respite from the busy city. Little one’s will be happy to find The Lagoon right beside the main pool where they can slide and splash to their heart’s content.

Lighthouse Cafe

Set adjacent to the grand lobby of The Fullerton Ocean Park is Lighthouse Cafe, a beautiful and inviting dining spot serving up one of the best buffets in town. We loved the wide array of freshly baked pastries, authentic Cantonese options and made to order eggs each morning during our stay at the elegant hotel. Their dinner buffet was a huge treat for our whole family. We grabbed a cozy booth and delved into the mouthwatering selection of high quality, beautifully presented fare. Highlights included the fresh lobster and prawns, indulgent sashimi and sushi bar, fragrant Indian fare, and classic Cantonese BBQ Duck and chicken. Make sure to save room for dessert and sample a few of their homemade ice creams and gourmet cakes.  A great spot for a celebratory evening or night out with friends and family.

Jade

Set in the luxurious Fullerton Ocean Park, Jade serves mouthwatering Cantonese fare in a elegant and ambient setting. We instantly fell for the light and open dining room boasting views of the stunning waterfront. The authentic menu features a large variety of traditional fare ranging for elevated dim sum to indulgent soups, and mouthwatering Hong Kong style roast meats. We started our lunch with a selection of delectable dim sum fare including the beautifully presented Steamed Scallop Dumplings with Shrimp and Beetroot, unique Bak Kut Teh Xiao Long Bao, and delightfully juicy Steamed Sea Cucumber Dumplings. The Barbecued Pork with Honey was tender and flavourful with just the right amount of sweetness and we highly recommend the savoury and addictive Deep-fried Shrimp and Minced Yunnan Ham Toast.  Don’t miss their seafood appetisers with the decadent Chilled Fresh Abalone with Chinese Rose Wine as a huge highlight of our dining experience. Everything was ideal for sharing with family or friends and the leisurely experience alongside fragrant tea and impeccable service made for an ideal relaxed afternoon in Hong Kong’s South Side.
