Margaritaville has opened its doors in Times Square and brought all the good time vibes, lively ambiance, and amazing service to the heart of NYC. The modern and tropical themed hotel features modern guest rooms, stylish details, and amazing NY skyline views. We were instantly awed by our decadent suite which was one of the biggest we’ve seen in the city.  The separate lounge and master bedroom meant families who are travelling with children will have plenty of space and the wraparound windows allowed panoramic views from day to night.

Margaritavilla is optimally located at the centre of Times Square. You are just steps from the bright lights and action making it easy to sightsee, shop, catch a show on Broadway, or hop on a tour bus to explore the city. An optimal choice for families, groups, or couples looking for relaxed tropical vibes, party atmosphere, and luxury accomadation in one of NYC’s most popular destinations.

Dining is always a highlight at Margaritaville and their New York location was no exception.  Head to the iconic Margaritaville Restaurant for classic American fare, exciting atmosphere, delicious cocktails, and friendly service. Grab a table beside the window and watch the bright city lights while enjoying a juicy burger or whole rack of ribs. We highly recommend the fragrant perfectly grilled steaks and no meal is complete without a few of their signature margaritas. Finish your meal with the sweet and tart key lime pie and make sure to catch the interactive light show that plays on their version of the Statue of Liberty each hour. A fun spot for families or friends looking for a lively and engaging night out in Times Square.

The five star hotel is located across the street from Central Park and just a short walk from 5th Avenue, the Upper East Side, and many of the iconic sights of the city. As soon as we entered through the revolving doors we were enveloped in a calm green sanctuary which felt worlds away from the buzzing busy streets. The friendly staff ensured we had a smooth and quick check-in process while we admired the abundance of indoor plants and natural stylish interiors that accented their cozy lobby.

After a fun day of exploring the Meatpacking District of NYC and shopping at Hudson Yards we were excited to visit Kamasu for a delicious Japanese dining experience. The small, sleek sushi spot is tucked away in the buzzing shopping centre and features both an interactive sushi bar and cozy tables perfect for a relaxed lunch or casual dinner. The menu focuses on Temaki, Japanese hand rolls, full of authentic flavours and innovative pairings, but the menu also features a variety of appetisers, Donburi, Maki and Futomaki.

We loved the sprawling resort catered for those travelling with children. Note: We were given a complimentary stay at this hotel. Conrad New York Downtown, located in NYC’s financial district, was the perfect home away from home for our family while in the city. We loved the modern five star hotel featuring luxurious guest-rooms and a plethora of amenities for the discerning traveller. As we were travelling with our two children we booked two connecting suites which was ideal for a family of four. Each suite was sleek and stylish incorporating a sumptuous bedroom and comfortable lounge space with a large desk, ideal for those who are working while they travel. The decadent bathroom included five star amenities and we loved the addition of the Nespresso coffee maker and state of the art water filter.
