We visited for lunch and sampled a few dishes from Executive Chef Lam Kok Weng’s menu which brought us right back to some of our favourite meals in Hong Kong. The grand restaurant was traditional with modern, luxurious touches and featured large dining tables suitable for groups and families or even private events.
The staff were extremely knowledgeable about the menu and quick to recommend their signature dishes as well as those that are preferred by customers. We loved the delicate flavours, perfectly executed presentation, and professional service throughout our meal.
Favourite dishes from the dim sum menu included the Steamed Pork Spareribs with Black Bean Sauce, the Steamed Lobster and Scallop Dumplings, the Baked Barbecue Pork Buns, and the Crispy Bean Curd and Prawn Cheong Fan. Other recommended signature dishes included the Crispy Prawns with Wasabi Salad Dressing, the crispy Peking Duck served with Hoisin Sauce, Cucumber, Spring Onion and Pancakes and the Chilled Cream of Mango with Sago and Pomelo
