Enjoy delicious and authentic Italian fare using the finest ingredients at Figs Restaurant located at Hyatt Regency Hua Hin. We loved this welcoming and relaxed spot for family dinners and found the varied menu had plenty to tempt the whole family.

The comforting menu was brimming with rich traditional recipes from Italy and the tempting wine list was perfect after a long day at the beach. Our table was set at the center of the inviting and ambient restaurant featuring signature Mediterranean details. Don't miss their indulgent pastas and authentic wood fired pizzas and make sure to bring the whole family for a memorable evening.

Favourites appetizers included the "Burrata Pugliese" Puglian Burrata Cheese with Gaeta Olives, Oregano and Marinated Heirloom Tomato, the "Carpaccio di Manzo" Australian Black Angus Beef Tenderloin, Rocket Leaves, Puglian Stracciatella Cheese and Basil Dressing, and the "Prosciutto e Fichi" 24-Month Aged Parma Ham, Fresh Figs, Toasted Almond, Rocket Leaves, Parmigiano Cheese and Warm Pizza Bread

Recommended main courses include the "Orecchiette al Ragu Pugliese" Puglian Orecchiette Pasta, 12 hours Slow Cooked Beef Ragu and Caciocavallo Cheese Sauce, the "Branzino al Forno alla Pugliese" Puglian Style Whole Baked Local Seabass with Olives, Capers, Cherry Tomato and Lemon, and the "Come Una Bombetta Pugliese" Puglian-Style Baked Pork Chop“Saltimbocca”, Capocollo Ham, Caciocavallo Cheese, Sour Cabbage and Mashed Potato.

Finish with their classic Tiramisu with Lady Finger Sponge, Mascarpone Cream, Espresso and Chocolate Flakes for the ideal end to your Italian feast.

They also have set dinner menus ideal for dining family style and sharing with friends. A great choice if you are craving true Italian fare at the heart of the beautiful beah city.
