COAST Beach Club & Bistro is a perfect spot for a family meal during your stay near Karon Beach. After spending a long morning at the beach and swimming in the refreshing resort pool we always made our way to the restaurant’s inviting outdoor area to delve into their mouthwatering menu. We made ourselves comfortable at their spacious booths and the friendly staff were always quick to bring us refreshing drinks before taking our order.

The menu is brimming with Western comfort food, vibrant salads, Thai favourites, and even an extensive children’s menu. Highlights included the Cooked Prawns Southern Style with Chili Dip served with vegetables, the Cold Cuts with Coppa, Salami Milano, Parma Hamm Chorizo, the “Dukkah Spiced Chicken Supreme” Dry Rubbed and Char-Grilled Chicken Breast, Chick Peas and Roasted Vegetables, the Mediterranean Herbed Salmon Steak with Summer Succotash, Yellow Pepper Sauce and Potato Chats, the Pan Seared Sea Bass Fillet with Thai Spices, Cherry Tomato Salad, Local Clams, Shallots and Coriander, the “Coast Burger” Angus Beef Patty, Melted Cheddar Cheese, Onion Confit, Chopped Iceberg, Bloody Mary BBQ Sauce and Pickled Cucumbers, and the fall-off-the-bone meaty and delicious Homemade BBQ Pork Spare Ribs with French Fries.

Head over for breakfast for the perfect start to the day. COAST is currently offering an a la carte menu instead of their usual buffet spread due to the global situation so make the most of having your morning feast brought to your table instead of waiting in line to take it for yourself. Try their signature Eggs Benedict with English Muffin, Smoked Salmon, Soft Poached Eggs and Hollandaise sauce, and their Phuket Style Noodle Soup with Minced Pork and Soft Boiled Egg.
