Make sure to share their 18 Piece Chef’s Selection of Superior Assorted Sashimi or the Chef’s Selection of 20 Pieces Nigiri Sushi for a taste of the quality of their produce.We also loved their "Rin Maki Roll" Rin Style Roll with Tuna Sambal Matah, Avocado, Cucumber, Daikon Oroshi, Ebi Sauce and Torched Salmon. From the tempura section we recommend the "Tempura Moriawase" with Prawn Tempura, Purple Eggplant, Shiitake Mushroom,Zucchini, Enoki Mushroom, Onion Ring and Tempura Sauce. For a unique and delicious experience try their "Hot Stone Cooking" with Wagyu Beef Sirloin and Mahi Mahi, and end the night with their Japanese Cheese Cake with Passion Curd, Strawberry Compressed, Mango Sorbet.
