Eight Degrees South at Conrad Bali

Eight Degrees South located on Conrad Nusa Dua’s beautiful beachfront is the ideal spot to enjoy a leisurely lunch or romantic dinner. We love the glass front open design allowing for uninterrupted views of the Indian Ocean. We grabbed a sand adjacent table on a sunny day and enjoyed a relaxing lunch including the Marinara Pizza with Baby Octopus, Calamari, Prawns, Scallops, Capers, Tomatoes, and Mozzarella Cheese, the Prawns and Avocado Sandwich using Butter Poached Fresh Water Prawns, Lettuce and Mayonnaise on Soft Long Bread with Fresh Avocados and Cocktail Sauce, and the Linguini Carbonara with Proscuitto, Mushroom and Egg Yolk. We also loved our date night at Eight Degrees South where the venue transforms into a sophisticated, fine dining spot and we indulged in the Barramundi with Local Pumpkin Puree, Fennel and Artichoke with Turmeric Chili Cream, the Flame Grilled Beef Striploin with Sauteed Mushrooms, Gremolata, Fondant Potatoes, Balsamic Onion and Baby Watercress, the Salmon Fillet with Mushy Peas, Cauliflower Puree, Fern Tips and Purple Sweet Potato, and the Moroccan Style Lamb Ragout with Couscous, Asparagus, Peppers, Artichokes, Natural Lamb Jus and Spicy Tomato Harra Sauce. Make sure to end your meal with their Orange Chocolate Truffle Dessert with Mango Salsa, Almond Crumble and Rhum Raisin Ice Cream or their Apple Passion Fruit Mousse with Crusty Biscuit, Micro Sponge and Passion Fruit Sorbet. Pair your meal with some expertly made cocktails or a bottle from their well curated collection. A must visit restaurant if you are staying in the Nusa Dua area.
