Our VillaDaniel Haddad

We love a pool villa with a view so Diamond Cliff Resort and their two bedroom private pool villas were an ideal choice for our family. Perched above Patong you are instantly greeted by a stunning infinity pool and panoramic sea views as soon as you enter the captivating villa.  We were drawn to every corner of the grand and cozy space as we took the tour around the spacious accommodation. The large sprawling lounge complete with a long dining table, sliding doors that open onto a breezy terrace, and a separate fully equipped kitchen allowed us to settle and live just as we would at home. The villa features two separate bedrooms that offer extreme privacy and both have bay windows with sea views. We couldn’t get enough of the deep jaccuzi bathtubs, and were so excited that we had our own sauna in the villa. Our days were spent relaxing in the refreshing pool and jacuzzi, enjoying quiet moments in the beautiful outdoor spaces, and dining on mouthwatering fare.

Diamond Cliff Resort also offers a plethora of five star facilities which we took full advantage of during our stay.  There are two resort pools, a fun waterslide, engaging kids club, and even a photo studio where you can your family can dress up in traditional Thai attire. The dining destinations were both delicious and we loved local Thai menu and International menu at Ocean View Restaurant and decadent sunset dinners at Sea Salt. If you’re looking for privacy, beauty, and luxury at a stylish meets traditional resort, Diamond Cliff Resort comes highly recommend by our entire family.

A safe family layover at Singapore Changi Airport with Aerotel Singapore

Travel has changed a lot since we were on our last International flight in March 2020, and with children we were naturally worried about the new process and hygiene standards throughout our journey. We were so happy to find Aerotel at Singapore Changi Airport for our long layover ensuring not only did our family stay safe and comfortable but we were ready for the next leg of our journey well fed and rested. As soon as we disembarked our plane a member of the Aerotel team were there to greet us at the gate. We did not have to line up in crowded groups or go to any transit zones but were transported by buggy immediately from gate to hotel check-in. The check-in process was quick and easy and before we knew it we were in the comfort of our family room ready for a good night’s sleep. The spacious room incorporated two large bedrooms, full bathroom, and cozy lounge. The room included a complimentary meal for each of us including Kid’s Meal options which were a huge hit with our children. When it was time for our flight the next morning, the lovely team gave us a wake-up call and escorted us by buggy directly to our gate. There is no safer way to have a layover than at Aerotel. The service was informative and helpful and being able to sleep, eat, and relax in the comfort of our room while waiting for our next flight was essential when travelling with young children. Highly recommended for families who are travelling through Singapore.
