Hungry Hong Kong

Sivatel Bangkok is a luxurious choice for families and business travellers when visiting Bangkok. The stylish and sleek five star property has everything the discerned traveller would require including an impressive rooftop pool, fully equipped health club, and sumptuous modern rooms to ensure you have the most comfortable holiday. We loved the welcoming ambiance and impressive suites featuring plenty of space for short or long term stays. We were lucky enough to stay in their exclusive  Lotus Suite which incorporates artistic and lustrous decor, a stunning rooftop terrace with private jacuzzi, two spacious en suite bedrooms, and a relaxing lounge space with city views. We loved having private breakfasts and an intimate dinner served in the comfort of our suite and couldn’t get enough of the mouthwatering fare and high quality produce used throughout the hotel. Make sure to visit Cafe Jardin during your stay and delve into an array of Thai and Western comfort food. Sivatel’s commitment to sustainability and their environmentally friendly practices means they only source organic and local produce. Their goal is to support the local community and ensure their guests aren’t exposed to harmful chemicals. They also value reducing greenhouse emissions through minimising waste, energy, and water consumption so you can enjoy the decadence with a good conscience. The staff go out of their way at every turn to ensure you have all you need during your time in Bangkok and the optimal location means you have all you need at your front steps for you to enjoy.

Private dining

Have an unforgettable evening at Sivatel Bangkok and book a private dinner in your luxurious suite. During our stay in Bangkok we were lucky enough to stay at Sivatel’s one of a kind Lotus Suite. The incredible suite boasts a stunning rooftop and is the perfect spot to enjoy an evening under the stars and surrounded by city lights in complete privacy. The staff meticulously set up a beautiful table and prepared a mouthwatering feast featuring their locally sourced organic ingredients. We loved every bite with favourite including the fragrant Hot and Sour Coconut Soup with Organic Gourami Fish, the decadent Stir Fried “Ranong Lobster” from the Andaman Sea, the tender and flavourful Grass-Fed Ocean Beef Sirloin Green Curry and succulent Thai Herb Grilled Organic Tapaothong Chicken. The perfect way to celebrate a special occasion or make your stay even more memorable in the beautiful city.

Cafe Jardin

Feast on mouth-watering Thai and Western fare at Cafe Jardin located in the luxurious Sivatel Bangkok. We loved the open and light space perfect for a relaxing lunch and the varied menu featuring decadent organic produce. All produce served at Cafe Jardin is organic and locally sourced ensuring you are only sampling the best Thailand has to offer. The initiative ensures you’re not only contributing to the support of local communities but won’t be exposed to any harmful chemicals or produces in the dishes that are served. Must try dishes included the fragrant and generous Chumphon Jumbo Lump Crab Meat Fried Rice, the addictive Salt & Chili Wings, the Spicy Spaghetti with Crispy Pork Belly, and the unique and indulgent Carbonara Pizza which was a big hit with our kids. Don’t miss the perfectly crafted cafe drinks including the ultra fresh Organic Aromatic Coconut. Every item from the menu is beautifully presented and we loved the greenery surrounding all the tables which were also available for purchase. An ideal cafe if you are looking for delicious organic fare and beautiful surroundings in the heart of Bangkok.

Breakfast each morning was served on our beautiful terrace and was a true highlight during our stay. What's even better is that they serve breakfast all day so there's no need to wake up early.
