Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok, located at the centre of the vibrant city, is your perfect choice for a luxurious stay in the capital. It was our first time visiting this stunning hotel and we fell in love from the moment we set foot in the historic and captivating lobby. Our Garden Villa was a perfect sanctuary away from the noises of the city and was ideal for those travelling with children. We loved the decadently huge bed, sumptuous bathroom complete with sauna and in villa massage table, and the large living area which could easily transform into a bedroom for young children. Our private outdoor terrace was a comfortable space for relaxing meals and we were only steps to the hotel’s refreshing pool, gym, and spa. Grand Hyatt is full of incredible dining experiences and we couldn’t get enough of the mouthwatering fare served at every corner. Visit The Dining Roomn for an unforgettable indulgent buffet feast, Salvia for authentic Italian fare, and You&Mee for local Thai flavours. The staff at Grand Hyatt not only go out of their way to ensure you have a personalised and comfortable stay but they are doing everything they can to keep the highest hygiene standards throughout the property. The five star service is evident throughout every single restaurant, at the welcoming reception and concierge, the Grand Club Lounge, and meticulous housekeeping. We loved every minute of our stay and it is definitely an ideal choice whether you are travelling for business or pleasure.
The Dining Room
Delve into mouthwatering fare at Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok’s The Dining Room. The decadent buffet is a must visit when staying in Bangkok, featuring a huge selection of local flavours, fresh seafood, and indulgent recipes. We loved dining adjacent to the grand lobby and the staff went out of their way to ensure the most meticulous hygiene standards and impeccable service. Our favourite dishes included the spicy and fragrant Crab Curry, juicy Slow Roasted Australian Lamb Shoulder with Moroccan Spices, addictive and crispy Roasted Bone-In Thai Kurobuta Pork Belli, creamy and rich Homemade Burrata, and the sweet and fresh Mango Sticky Rice. There’s something for everyone with made to order pasta and pizza to please the kids and a huge array of shellfish for the seafood lovers. Make sure to pair your meal with a bottle of wine from their vast collection and bring friends for a memorable dinner. Highly recommended and one of the best hotel buffets we’ve experienced.
Salvia
If you are looking for authentic Italian fare at the heart of Bangkok, look no further than Salvia located in the luxurious Grand Hyatt. The decadent dining destination creates the ideal ambiance for special occasions and serves a varied menu sure to impress. Whether you are craving classic pizzas and pasta or a juicy steak you’ll love every bite at Salvia. Favourite dishes during our dinner included the Italian and Homemade Artisanal Cold Cuts, the fragrant Crispy Squid, the juicy and flavourful Grilled Italian Pork Sausage with Polenta Mushroom and Grana Padano Cream, and the mouthwatering and perfectly prepared Jackscreek Australian Wagyu Striploin. Make sure save room for the tiramisu and pair everything with a few glasses of wine from their carefully curated collection. Book a large booth for celebrations or an intimate table for date night.
You&Mee
You&Mee is the perfect lunch time spot and a great choice for a delicious bite after a long day of shopping and exploring the city. Must try dishes include the addictive Homemade Air Dried Beef with Chilli Sauce, the tender and indulgent Massaman Curry with Braised Thai-French Beef Shank, and the mouthwatering “Khao Soi Gai” Northern Style Yellow Chicken Curry with Fresh Egg Noodles. You&Mee are currently serving an International menu from Grand Hyatt’s mouthwatering restaurants including Spasso and The Dining Room so you also can also order pizzas, burgers, or pastas while at the restaurant. An ideal choice for a relaxed and casual meal while staying in Bangkok.
