Conrad Bali, a beautiful resort in Nusa Dua

Hungry Hong Kong

Conrad Bali, located in beautiful Nusa Dua, is the ideal place to enjoy a relaxing vacation with the family. We loved our Deluxe Lagoon Room featuring a luxurious bathroom, indulgently comfortable bed, and direct access to their swimming pool. The resort features four separate swimming pools ensuring it is never too busy to enjoy a leisurely swim or a long lunch from Azure on one of their relaxing sun loungers. The beach adjacent cabanas are perfect for sunrise gazing or afternoon naps and Suke, their authentic Balinese restaurant, was a perfect spot for traditional Asian dining. We loved our romantic dinner on the beach at Eight Degrees South and were thoroughly impressed with the consistently great service. Click on the links above to see full features on each of the dining options we experienced. Conrad Bali offers an abundance of activities to keep the little ones occupied and is a great place to enjoy a luxurious stay in Bali.

Suku Restaurant

Suku, Conrad’s authentic Balinese restaurant, is the ideal spot to enjoy traditional fare and performances. We dined on their buffet night which featured a large selection of Balinese cuisine including fragrant braised pork with Balinese Spices and braised beef in coconut milk as well as an impressive salad and dessert bar. Make sure to grab a table outside and get there in time for the fun cultural dance performance which was a great hit with the kids. We also highly recommend checking out Suku for a relaxed lunch and sampling their crispy and flavourful “Bebek Goreng” Balinese Crispy Duck served with Plecing Kangkung, Sambal and Steamed Jasmine Rice and tender Balinese Marinated Pork Ribs with Spicy Aubergine.

Eight Degrees South

Eight Degrees South located on Conrad Nusa Dua’s beautiful beachfront is the ideal spot to enjoy a leisurely lunch or romantic dinner. We love the glass front open design allowing for uninterrupted views of the Indian Ocean. We grabbed a sand adjacent table on a sunny day and enjoyed a relaxing lunch including crispy thin crust Prosciutto Pizza, fresh “Build Your Own” Salads, and crispy and fresh Fish and Chips. We also loved our date night at Eight Degrees South where we took advantage of their Chill & Dine menu. The venue transforms into a sophisticated, fine dining spot in the evening where we enjoyed indulgent House Cured Salmon Bar, fragrant Organic Onion Soup, tender and flavourful Angus Beef Tenderloin, and fresh and tasty Snapper with a delicious Lobster Sauce. The menu also includes free flow wines, cocktails, mocktails and beers. A must visit restaurant if you are staying in the Nusa Dua area.

RIN, located at luxurious Conrad Bali, is a perfect dining spot when you are craving fresh Japanese fare. We loved the serene and chic surroundings and friendly staff, perfect for a date night while you are in Bali. The menu consists of many classic Japanese dishes and a few unique options that are great for group dining. Their fragrant Hot Pot featuring melt in your mouth wagyu beef was both healthy and delicious. We also loved the fun and interactive Hot Stone Cooking and their fresh and tasty RIN’s Sampler Sushi Platter. A great spot to dine after a day at the beach or if you are craving Japanese fare while staying in the Nusa Dua are.

Azure is the ideal spot to grab a bite to eat while enjoying a day at Conrad’s pool or beach. We reserved one of the luxurious bale’s to spend a relaxed lunch with our family. There’s enough space for you and the kids to lounge and the pool is just a few steps away if you are craving a refreshing dip. The accommodating menu includes something for everyone and we highly recommend sampling some of their fragrant, freshly grilled kebabs. Our favourites included the flavourful Lamb Kofta and tender Chicken Shashlik Sizzle, and we of course couldn’t resist one of their satisfying and juicy Angus Beef Burgers.Don’t forget to order some fresh juices or cocktails to complete your casual lunch poolside.
