Cauliflower & Cheese Recipe πŸ§€

Recipe - 1 head cauliflower - 1 cup heavy cream - 1 cup cheddar - 1 cup mozzarella - 1/2 cup parmesan - 1 tsp stone ground mustard (or powdered) - salt + pepper to taste - parsley for garnish Chop cauliflower into tiny pieces Roast on parchment paper lined baking sheet at 425Β° for 20-25 min Heat up heavy cream on medium heat (do not boil just simmer) Add ground mustard, salt, pepper and mix Slowly add cheeses till fully combined (add more cheese for thicker consistency or more heavy cream for thinner) Mix cauliflower and cheese sauce while the cauliflower is still hot Top with parsley & serve πŸ˜‹
