According to Yahoo! News and CNN.com, Toys ‘R’ US will open up to 24 locations across America including spots at airports and cruise ships.

A Closer Look

Parent company WHP Global owns Toys ‘R’ US, which is trying once more to reestablish itself after filing for bankruptcy and closing all its stores in 2018. It has attempted several unsuccessful comebacks via various owners.

WHP Global said the initial airport Toys ‘R’ US location will open in November at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport through a partnership with Duty-Free Americas. The stores for the cruise industry will sell cruise-themed merchandise, though Toys “R” Us did not specify on which cruise lines or where the stores will open.
