- Sylvan Park is a charming residential neighborhood full of tree-lined streets and historic homes but also features shops, restaurants, and nightlife, as the name states - a beautiful park right off Charlotte Ave, perfect for picnics and kids' playtime.
- The Nations has a thriving food and drink scene featuring breweries, restaurants, and coffee shops.
- Germantown has historic charm, modern amenities, boutique shops, and eclectic dining experiences.
East Nashville is known for its bohemian feel and artistic atmosphere. The area has cultural diversity, historic homes, unique shops, and a thriving local music scene.
