Have you ever wanted to fly high above the trees on a zipline? Or test your capabilities and skill on a rope course with your family? This summer is the perfect time to get outside and do something different by taking your family to an adventure park. Here are the must-visit adventure parks in Michigan for you and your family to have some summer fun!

TreeRunner Adventure Park West Bloomfield

One of the premier and biggest aerial challenge forest parks in Southeast Michigan is the Tree Runner Adventure Park in West Bloomfield. This adventure park has over 250 suspended challenge obstacles that include more than 45 zip lines with three difficulty levels and 14 different aerial trails. How much fun your family will have seeing the forest from new heights. A fun and unique event you can participate in is Glow Nights. There is a different theme every week in the park from 7 p.m. – 10 p.m. the glow nights illuminate the park with lights, music, and more. With your reservation, you’ll get glow attire to wear in the adventure park. The park is located behind the Jewish Community Center at Drake Road and West Maple Roads in West Bloomfield Township.

TreeRunner Rochester Adventure Park at Oakland University

The TreeRunner Adventure Park in Rochester has over 60 obstacles and zip lines with three difficulty levels in five different courses. This is an excellent place for you and your family to soar among the trees with challenging obstacles and ropes courses. And don’t forget about the Summer Glow Nights that happen every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. The adventure park is located on the Oakland University campus at the Southwest corner of Walton and Adams roads.

Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park - Sterling Heights

The Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park is the ultimate indoor playground any day of the year. This is more than just a trampoline park; there are so many attractions for any age and skill level that will help you defy gravity. You can test your balance and agility on the rope course or test your skills in the Warrior Obstacle Course, where you can compete against your family and friends. Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park is located at 12050 Hall Road.

Airborne Adventure Park - Dearborn

The Airborne Adventure Park has tons of attractions for your whole family to enjoy. At the adventure park, you can enjoy a zip line, trapeze, and x-swing. Plus, you can run the Ninja Warrior Course to test your strength and endurance as you use your speed and agility to fly through the same obstacles you have seen on the TV show. The Dearborn Airborne Adventure Park is located at 8151 Movie Drive in Brighton.

Frankenmuth Aerial Park

Frankenmuth Aerial Park is where you can experience the FrankenZip, which has seven long zip lines at heights ranging from 15 – 35 feet off the ground. This aerial park is a sprawling rope course in the trees that offer climbing & zip-lining challenges for every level of adventurer. Six courses vary in difficulty. As one progresses through the difficulty levels, the bridges become less stable under your feet, requiring more balance, agility, focus, and arm strength. This is so challenging and exhilarating at the same time, making it a thrilling experience for your entire family. The Aerial Park is located at 1375 Weiss Street in Frankenmuth.

Camp Dearborn’s Zipline

Come to Camp Dearborn to fly on the longest zipline in Michigan. The experience of flying through the trees is an adventure that every thrill-seeker should have. The zipline takes you on a 1,400-foot ride from the top of a six-story tower over a Lake and land on the beach. Camp Dearborn is located at 1700 General Motors Road in Milford.
