Another excellent cooking school for you to look at is the Mirepoix Cooking School. Stir up some fun for you and your date while you cook a three-course meal. This is a unique location for a cooking school as it above the Holiday Market in Royal Oak. You get to do hands-on cooking with fresh ingredients sold in the grocery store below, and they let you interact with the ingredients and do all the prep work yourself. The chefs teach you how to chop, sauté and whisk like a professional chef, and give you instructions on how to keep preparing great meals when you get home. You are also allowed to drink while you cook as wine and beer are available for purchase. Cooking classes start at $70/person.

Yep, the ultimate romantic evening with your date dancing your butt off learning the tango or other dance types like salsa, hip hop, swing, or Latin ballroom dancing.
