So, Here is the list of some of Seattle's newest ice cream spots for this summer, where you can quickly get cold and flavourful ice creams:

1) Spice Waala:

Spice Waala is an Indian street food restaurant in Seattle, expanded its offerings to include soft-serve ice cream in rotating monthly Indian-inspired flavors.

2) Creamy Cone Cafe:

It is one of the brightly colored ice cream shops in Seattle, opened by three generations of a South Seattle family.

They serve up to 12 rotating flavors, including a broad selection of vegan options like pina colada with big pineapple chunks, passion fruit guava, and watermelon sorbet. They open its shop from Thur-Sat at 1-8 pm & Sun 2-8 pm.

3) Matcha Man Ice Cream & Taiyaki:

This one soft permanent ice cream opened in Georgetown last month. They serve brightly colored signature flavors like green matcha, black sesame, purple ube, and strawberry Dole, from which whip cream comes into the cones. You can also choose the topping options like condensed milk, Fruity Pebbles cereal, and Oreo crumbs.

4) Lil' Tiger Ice Cream:

This ice cream spot is a new adventure and a part of the Lake City community, which serves a scoop or two of delicious ice cream.

Here, you can find sundaes, shakes, smoothies, and signature items on the menu, plus fruit toppings and house-made waffle cones.

5) Natural Sweet Palace:

This restaurant back in the market in Colombia sells a slew of fresh smoothies and juices, along with ice cream options loaded up with the fruits.

The signature ice cream of this spot is mangonadas and crazy pineapple ice creams, which fill the starring fruit with ice cream and have a topping of chocolate sauce and sprinkles on it.
