2) Layers Sandwich Co:

This husband and wife-owned food truck are so much more than a fancy sandwich food truck. Their menu changes with the seasons, and the specialty rotates weekly. Its specialty is the Precocious Piggy sandwich which features slow-roasted pork bell pickled onions and pepper jelly on a toasted challah bun.

3) Seattle Barkery:

4) Off the Rez:
