As everyone knows that the situation of Covid-19 is improving, and due to this, Seattle has fully reopened now. Everyone here is participating in Seattle's New-openings.
I'm also very excited to hear about the big news of several new restaurants opening in Seattle this week.
Here are some New-openings:
1) Crumby Sandwiches:
This sandwich shop has opened in Fremont. This time, it serves hearty creations of their shop's favorite dishes- stuffed with ingredients like steak, carnitas, crab cakes, and mortadella.
They offer so many options on the menu this time, like charcuterie, dishes of steak tartare, roasted corn salad, beer, wine, and spirits.

This new food cart-Ekeko has launched this Thursday, July 8, with a menu of Latin American drinking snacks ranging from Colombian-style hot dogs to pineapple paletas. It will take up residence each Thursday at Fair Isle Brewing and may eventually settle down as a full-time operation in a fixed location.

3) Loxsmith Bagel Bodega:
Locksmith Bagel Bodega will begin its run at 209 Broadway Nacho Borracho this week, from Thursday to Sunday beginning, at 10 AM and likely only until supplies run out.
Their menu includes a classic American bacon, egg, cheese sandwich in addition to a Korean take with gochujang bacon and fried kimchi.
And in topping and schmear options, it will include nova lox, whitefish salad, black cod, smoked salmon, scallion cream cheese, and kimchi cream cheese.

4) Tio's Baby:
This high-quality food bar pop-up is now opening this Thursday, July 8, at Rose temple. It will offer snacks like nachos, cheese-smothered waffle fries, hot dogs, and chicken wings.
