Some nights a food craving might hit, but more often than not the food you’re wanting isn’t available at such an off hour. Whether you work the third shift at a local factory or you’re pulling an all-nighter, when you are hungry for a particular food the only way to satisfy the craving is to track it down and sink your teeth into it. If you’re a taco lover there is good news, as a local taco shop has opened a new restaurant in metro Phoenix, and the new location is open 24 hours, making it the perfect destination for tacos, any time, day or night.
With a tagline like “Where Taco Time is 24/7” you know you’ve found the right place at Rili-B’s Taco Shop. The shop, which has two other locations spread around the Valley, has slowly started to carve out a niche for itself, thanks in part to its 24-hour open schedule. You don’t need to worry about whether the restaurant is open before heading out, or if there’s a certain menu in operation. Everything is available whenever you pull up to the restaurant.
There is a little bit of everything available at Rili-B’s Taco Shop. It isn’t strictly tacos, as you can find a rather unique offering of tacos, french fries, and other goodies on the menu. Some of the most popular items on the menu include the Carne Asada Fries, Super Nachos, Birria Fries, Birria Nachos, Chorizo Breakfast Burrito, and Street Tacos
You will find a host of breakfast burritos, which can be ordered at any time of the day. Some of the breakfast burrito options include ham, sausage, and machaca. All of the burritos are made with scrambled eggs, cheese, and other goodies. While you will also find burritos, nachos, and other sides, it is the tacos that are the main draw. Some of the taco options on the menu include shrimp, carne asada, carnitas, fish, chorizo, pork al pastor, plus a number of hard shell options if you prefer a crispy bite to your tacos.
Add in tostadas, enchiladas, chile rellenos, and tortas and there is a little bit of something for everyone.
The newest Rili-B’s Taco Shop is now open in Queen Creek at 20870 East Heritage. The two other locations are also open and serving and can be found at 1591 North Pinal Ave. in Casa Grande and 19975 North John Wayne Parkway in Maricopa.
