Specials

Carload Night

When: Tuesday, February 21st, 2023

Hours: 4 PM - 8 PM

Between four and eight, a carload can admit up to six people (seat belts required, no truck beds or trunks) for $70. The price includes everyone in the car and covers admission and wristbands for each occupant. Wrist bands allow members to ride an unlimited amount of rides.

Rides

The Pasco County Fair will host 27 different types of rides. All of your favorite carnival rides make an appearance, from the Himalaya, to cute coasters, a Ferris wheel, the Tilt-a-whirl, and more.

Food

The Pasco County Fair is chocked with food. Everything from fried Oreos to stromboli and loaded fries will be available. Most vendors now use Square or something similar to take cards, but cash is often faster and easier. ATMs are on site to allow you to take out the money you need to eat to your heart's content.

Concerts

There are four musical groups making an appearance at the fair. The concerts take place during the week (Tuesday - Thursday) and are free to all fair-goers with admission. Musical groups making an appearance include the Rockland Road Band, Little Roy, and Down East Boys.

Events

Lawnmower Racing

When: Monday, February 20th, 7 PM

Come see a new attraction for the county fair. Lawnmower racing combines the drudgery of mowing the lawn with the high-octane excitement of a short track race. Participants will enter their own suped-up riding mowers and compete for their shot at the crown.

Spaghetti Eating Contest

When: Wednesday, February 22nd, 5:45 PM

Look out Coney Island, Pasco County has its own premier eating contest. Come watch hungry contestants try to out eat one another in the spaghetti eating contest hosted on the main stage. One night only on Wednesday. Buy some of your own food to watch the event from the stands.

Demolition Derby

When: Friday and Saturday, February 24th and 25th, 7:30 PM

Come watch as brave drivers careen into one another in an action packed demolition derby. The derby will take place on Friday and Saturday and is free to the public with fair admission. Hopefully, they have enough cars to field for two action packed nights!

Lawnmower Demolition Derby

When: Saturday, February 24th, 6:30 PM

Have you ever wanted to smash your obstinate lawnmower to bits? Now you can watch other people live out your weekend fantasies at a unique event. Participants will ride into one another and smash up their riding lawnmowers for your pleasure

Agriculture

The fair is hosting seven separate agriculture contests and will host various animals, from rabbits to swine to goats and steer. There are also plant contests and local exhibits from youth 4H and FFA groups to enjoy.
