Grilled Red Peppers Dip / Ajvar

Traditional Macedonian Red peppers Did, made in many ways, all Delicious 😋. Usually end of September I make 15-20 jars, hot dip, in hot jars, tightly closed, last for ever. When you open the jar, keep it in the fridge. You will enjoy all winter, even all year. Love Gordana’s Kitchen ❤️
