We recently went on a road trip with our golden retrievers and had to stop at Bakersfield, CA. They had a pawsome dog-friendly stay at Home 2 Suites by Hilton. We are happy to share that they accept big dogs and charges a pet fee per stay rather than per night. The facility and our room was clean. We, especially our dogs had a relaxing sleep.

My Golden Retriever dog KENZO received a puppy plush toy for Valentine's Day. The puppy toy is animated; the pup spins to the song You're The One That I Want when you press the paw. At first, he was confused and curious. When he realized it was just a plush toy, he enjoyed watching the puppy spin.This puppy plush toy is from Walmart Valentine special seasonal products.

Lucky Southern California golden retriever dogs swimming at The Bone Adventure located at Costa Mesa, CA. KB & KENZO are swim club members; swims weekly for 30 minutes. Group swim club is also available. The Bone Adventure also offers day care, boarding and grooming.

Yes, dogs can have yogurt;. a safe treat you can give to your dog. We use plain, or greek (optional to add honey). Of course, only provide your dog the right amount (depending on the size of your dog, just a few spoons of yogurt is enough to provide their daily requirement).
