The best Nigerian and West African cuisine in Las Vegas can be found at Nigerian Food Las Vegas in my opinion. I have enjoyed multiple dishes from NFLV, and I have not been disappointed. Chef Angela is a great chef that delivers some of the most flavorful Nigerian food I've eaten. The Egusi, the Jollof rice, the Banga soup are some of the many great dishes offered at this restaurant. Each dish is made to order. Go Taste And See!!!

Peter Lugar Steakhouse is now opened on the famous Las Vegas strip. The restaurant is located inside of Caesar's Palace. The 136 year old iconic restaurant is known for their locally dry aged steaks in New York City. In Vegas, the steakhouse has 4000 sq ft of space to dry age their beef. 
Lugar steaks are the draw, but other menu items are impressive as well. The Lugar Burger includes prime sirloin, and 1/3 of dry aged beef! The burger is beefy, meaty, juicy and quite flavorful! 
Review the menu for all available options. Some items are exclusive to LV.

I’ve been to just about every Dim Sum restaurant in Las Vegas. In my opinion, Orchids Garden offers the best for the following reasons: it’s not located in a casino, dim sum is served all day, push carts operate daily, and the dishes are consistent. Go taste and see!
