Wouldn't you like to dive right in to eat a piece of juicy and moist BBQ chicken? Here's an easy, no-fuss recipe that requires little time to prepare, and it's so finger-lickin good! In fact, I believe that it took my mom about 12 to 15 minutes to make, and her BBQ chicken was ready to enjoy.

  • Chicken (The amount that you prepare depends on how many people you're feeding.)
  • 1 cup of water
  • Memphis BBQ seasoning
  • Kraft's hickory-smoked BBQ sauce

Mom's Instructions:

Mama put 1 cup of water in the instant pot and the steamer basket. Then she salted the chicken, put it in the steamer basket, and pressured it for 8 minutes.

Then she says that she put the air fryer basket in the instant pot. Sprinkled Memphis BBQ seasoning on the chicken, swabbed the pieces of chicken with Kraft hickory-smoked BBQ sauce, and placed them in a basket.

Mom set the air fryer lid on broil for 4 to 8 minutes. Then she turned the pieces of chicken about halfway through. She cooked the chicken until it was browned and caramelized.

So, she covers articles of interest on how-to's about organic gardening, recipes, homesteading, and survival techniques. If those things are of interest to you, then you'll never (hopefully) be disappointed. She tries to cover a wide variety of articles to entertain everyone. Comments are turned off due to rudeness and hatefulness. The world has enough vulgarity, hatefulness, and arrogance without it having any help. Since having the simple courtesy of manners is lacking and sharing words of kindness does not abide in a few people. Those few people ruin what's supposed to be educational and an enjoyable experience for all others. Gin Lee does have children and young adults that are followers. Potty mouths, vulgarity, and hate are not acceptable. Apologies go out to those of you who generally are very sweet and also to Gin Lee's followers who have been a witness to others being rude and malicious. Hopefully, you'll be understanding of the measures that have to be put into place. Please be kind to one another.
