Chocolate fudge lovers' frozen dessert

Recently, I shared my recipe for sugar-free sweetened condensed milk. Today, I will be preparing a yummy chocolate frozen dessert using homemade sugar-free sweetened condensed milk. You can use store-bought sweetened condensed milk if you prefer. This frozen dessert is extremely rich, and it would pair nicely with vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of sugar-free sweetened condensed milk, cold
  • 1 cup of crushed Oreo cookies (I used the sugar-free kind). You can use more cookies if you prefer.
  • 1-1/2 cups of cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup of sugar-free powdered sugar or regular powdered sugar

Instructions:

To start, the condensed milk should be chilled in the refrigerator for a few hours.

Once the condensed milk is cold, pour it into a medium-sized bowl. Sift the cocoa powder and powdered sugar together and add them to the bowl. Using a spatula, stir the ingredients together.

Crush the cookies and fold them into the chocolate mixture.

Once all the ingredients are combined, transfer the chocolate mixture to a silicone pan. (I used a 5.9-inch x 5.9-inch square silicone pan.)

Place plastic wrap on the pan and place it in the freezer. Allow the dessert to freeze for a few hours before serving it. Then enjoy!

Note:

If you'd like to turn this frozen dessert into fudge ice cream, whip 2 cups of heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Then mix in the sweetened condensed milk along with the other ingredients. Transfer your ice cream to an airtight container and place it in your freezer.

Comments are turned off due to rudeness and hatefulness. The world has enough vulgarity, hatefulness, and arrogance without it having any help. Since having the simple courtesy of manners is lacking and sharing words of kindness does not abide in a few people. Those few people ruin what's supposed to be educational and an enjoyable experience for all others. Gin Lee does have children and young adults that are followers. Potty mouths, vulgarity, and hate are not acceptable. Apologies go out to those of you who generally are very sweet and also to Gin Lee's followers who have been a witness to others being rude and malicious. Hopefully, you'll be understanding of the measures that have to be put into place. Please be kind to one another.
