I went Runyon Canyon Park with two of my friends. Before entering, we are required to wear face masks. It's such a pleasing and fun hike. Just be careful of parking. The parking lot is very small, and you may face difficulty in parking cars. But fortunately, we got parking on the streets in front of the park. Moving through the entryway, we saw lots of trees and free space for walking around. When we arrived, the west trail was open, but the east trail was closed. Plus side, the trail wasn't busy. It might be due to Covid restriction. It was a sunny day but luckily, we found some shady areas, a couple of benches where we rested and drank some water to stay hydrated. The view of downtown LA was incredibly beautiful. We encounter an abundance of dogs on the trails. We have seen many of them off-leash and well-behaved, which makes the experience even fantastic. All over a great hiking experience.
