Let's talk about where you can get a Covid vaccine. I'm going to share with you three little-known ways to get a vaccine appointment.

Yesterday, on April 15, San Francisco opened up Covid vaccinations to everyone. But that doesn't mean that appointments are easily available.

Safeway

First, I want to tell you about Safeway. It has the best interface I've found for scheduling an appointment. Instead of making you search store by store, it shows you a list of all of the stores and which ones have a vaccine available.

So do not walk! Run to your nearest browser and Google "Safeway covid vaccine." If there is vaccine availability, book it immediately! Do not worry about which vaccine you are getting. Just book the appointment.

If there is no availability, just keep hitting refresh.

Kaiser

The second place I want to mention is Kaiser. Kaiser will vaccinate you even if you are not a member.

That's right, even if you are not part of the Kaiser HMO, they will vaccinate you. As you can see in the screenshot at the top of this article, there is a button for people who are not members.

Walmart

Finally, I want to mention Walmart. Walmart has a very well run vaccine program. Just look up your location and click on all of the stores to see if they have availability.

There you have it. Those are the best ways I know to get the Covid vaccine in San Francisco.
