Local Decatur church to hand out $10K worth of free gas cards

(ATLANTA, Ga.) A local church in Decatur plans to give out free gas cards to residents this Saturday.

Ray of Hope Christian Church will distribute 400 $25 QuikTrip gas cards, totaling to $10,000. Church officials are hoping to spread joy and help combat the frustration of rising gas prices in the metro Atlanta area.

Gas cards will be distributed Saturday, April 9 at 10 a.m. at the church building located at 2778 Snapfinger Rd, Decatur, GA.

Cards will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis and each car is eligible for one gas card.
