(ATLANTA, Ga.) A new mini-golf experience is coming to Atlanta this spring.
In addition to the TopGolf establishments, the tech-infused mini-golf experience, Puttshack, is opening its doors to the city on April 21.
Founded by former team members of TopGolf, this is the first U.S. location and will be located in The Interlock on Howell Mill Road.
The mini-golf company currently operates three locations based in London but is excited to expand its roots within the Atlanta community.
“We are thrilled to be opening Puttshack’s first U.S. location in Atlanta,” Joe Vrankin, CEO of Puttshack, said in a company announcement. “This city has an amazing energy, and we can’t wait to bring the Puttshack experience to the community in just a few short weeks.”
Puttshack’s space features four tech-driven mini-golf course that are highly competitive and powered by Trackaball technology. Before starting a round, each ball is properly sanitised and dispensed with your game profile automatically linked.
Each course comes with themed holes, interactive leaderboards and a digital prize wheel so everyone leaves feeling like a winner.
The 25,000 square foot space also has an indoor-outdoor rooftop patio and will serve a “globally inspired” food menu along with a full cocktail bar.
In addition to the fun, the Atlanta location will be partnering with local nonprofit, Giving Kitchen, to provide emergency assistance to food service workers through financial support and a network of community resources.
With each purchase of the in-house dish, Georgia Tailpipe, the company will pledge $1.00 to its give-back initiative.
The dish consists of slow-roasted pulled pork, bacon collard greens and pimento cheese spring rolls.
Atlanta is the first U.S. location and will be followed by openings in Chicago and Miami later in the year.
