Give me some yummy for or a good drink and I am a happy camper. Here are some of my favorite places to visit and many of these have specific Mother’s Day Brunches/Activities planned.

Flowers

Flower Market: This is a fun place to buy wholesale flowers that are stunning!

Sweet Treat

Curlys: Custurd that is so thick and creamy! So good!

Joy: This place has the best macaroons!

Swiss Pastry: My favorite dessert in Fort Worth is their black forest cake!

Food/Drinks

B & B Butchers: One of our favorite places. The staff and atomsphere is amazing and I love the shopping area around it!

Ellerbe’s: Always a fun and unique dining experience. Food is farm to table and amazing.

Eddie V’s: One of my favorite places to go for seafood and the service is excellent.

Pinstripes: THIS IS THE BEST BRUNCH, Seriously SO many different options and SO kid friendly!

Wine time at Cru: Can’t beat a good wine time and fun bites too!

Press Cafe: One of our Fort Worth favorites to bring to kids or go on a date. Great food and drink!

Ático: Great downtown vibes and the food and drink are so fun. This lounge style restaurant is upscale but relaxed!

Blow out from Dry Bar: Pampering yourself is the way to go sometimes and I love just getting my hair done by someone else! It is so relaxing!

Party at Pinstripes

We can’t believe Tripp is a big FIVE year old. He was so excited to finally celebrate with a big boy birthday party, He LOVES bowling and couldn’t wait to have his friends come toPinstripes. I was excited to have a party that wasn’t at our house. It was so nice to easily choose the menu, balloons and just bring in decor to the facility. Pinstripes staff made the birthday planning and party so easy and fun. Tripp absolutely loved his Party at Pinstripes.

I am excited to be able to show case a great way to give backto our community. If you have been here awhile you know I love showcasing great philanthropies within our community. Over the past few months I have fallen in love with a new local organization. In working with Toyota we were gifted $200 to donate products to a women owned business or non profit in the area that supports both. For this project I chose Funky Town Fridge.

Main Event

Over Spring break we took the kids in a fun little adventure in town since we didn’t do any traveling. We decided to give Main Event a try for the first time with them. Our kids are ages 4 (almost 5) and 2.5. It can be really challenging to find good activities for both of them and we not only found that but found something enjoyable for my husband and me too! I am so excited to be partnering with Main Event to share our experience with them.

The other day I had the chance to finally visit Keeks Handbags. If you know me you know I love luxury fashion. I love saving up for a fun purchase and found out about Keeks Handbags through a few mutual bloggers and I knew I had to go. If you are in DFW you should take the time to check out their 10,000 square foot store. Even if you aren’t in DFW everything is listed on their online store. I thought I would give everyone a chance to see a peak inside the Keeks Handbags store.

What my family is reading

Lately, I have really gotten back into reading. I’m not sure if anyone else is like me but depending on life and what shows I am binge watching can effect how often I am reading. Over the past year I have found setting reading goals has really improved making sure I sit down and read more often. My kids also love to read. Tripp is learning to read and it is such a cute stage of childhood. My husband on the other hand is big on auditable because he loves to listen to “books on tape” I thought I would put together a list of what my family is reading!

Over the last several months I started recapping my monthly best sellers. I think we can all agree that shopping in 2020 totally changed. You had to up your online game but it became easier to find great deals in my opinion. Wee Baby Stella Doll For Big Brother

We were so excited for Tripp to become a big brother. I had been researching ways to help kiddos with the transition of a new baby. One thing that resonated with me was having a “baby” for the big sibling to “help” do things with when you need to tend to the baby.
