Back to school means all the fun back to school excitement. If you didn’t know my kiddos grandma was an educator her whole career. Tripp & Annabelle actually attend the school she taught at! We can’t believe Tripp is a big FIVE year old. He was so excited to finally celebrate with a big boy birthday party, He LOVES bowling and couldn’t wait to have his friends come toPinstripes. I was excited to have a party that wasn’t at our house. It was so nice to easily choose the menu, balloons and just bring in decor to the facility. Pinstripes staff made the birthday planning and party so easy and fun. Tripp absolutely loved his Party at Pinstripes.

Over Spring break we took the kids in a fun little adventure in town since we didn’t do any traveling. We decided to give Main Event a try for the first time with them. Our kids are ages 4 (almost 5) and 2.5. It can be really challenging to find good activities for both of them and we not only found that but found something enjoyable for my husband and me too! I am so excited to be partnering with Main Event to share our experience with them.

Lately, I have really gotten back into reading. I’m not sure if anyone else is like me but depending on life and what shows I am binge watching can effect how often I am reading. Over the past year I have found setting reading goals has really improved making sure I sit down and read more often. My kids also love to read. Tripp is learning to read and it is such a cute stage of childhood. My husband on the other hand is big on auditable because he loves to listen to “books on tape” I thought I would put together a list of what my family is reading!
