Milwaukee Bucks Beat Nets In Game 7 Overtime

Giannis Antetokounmpo was one of three former MVPs playing in the Brooklyn Nets-Milwaukee Bucks series. But he becomes the final one left standing after Game 7. The Bucks’ impressive elimination game win over Kevin Durant and the Nets took an extra period and a dozen or so clutch buckets to decide. Antetokounmpoa spoke out to reporters about the win, adamant that their playoff journey is far from over. Overcoming the title-favorite Nets is obviously a huge feather on the cap for the Greek Freak, but the Bucks star clearly wants more. Giannis posted an absurd stat line of 40 points, 13 rebounds, and five assists to lift his team over the hump. Milwaukee needed every ounce of their franchise player’s greatness as Kevin Durant put up a monster night of his own. While his co-stars in Khris Middleton and Jrue Holiday didn’t exactly have sterling nights themselves, they provided just enough late-game play-making to get the Bucks through to the next round.
