Well, I found the perfect FREE summertime festival filled with music, dance and of course, amazing food! You'll enjoy "Authentic Caribbean cuisine, cool island beverages, spectacular costumes and dance, and island rhythms bring a festive Caribbean atmosphere to the riverfront during a free, day-long, family-friendly festival."

Jerk is the taste of the signature flavors of authentic Jamaican food, one of the Caribbean's most famous cuisines. Jerk is a very spicy rub placed onto chicken or other meat and one of the tastiest ways to prepare food.
