The extravaganza takes place on August 5, 2023 from 11:00 am - 9:00 pm at the Mortensen Riverfront Plaza, 300 Columbus Boulevard, Hartford, Connecticut. "The Riverfront Recapture is a nonprofit organization founded in 1981. We manage, maintain, and operate four riverfront parks and their connected riverwalks and trails. Our mission is to connect people with the Connecticut River, and we do just that, year-round, in our clean and safe parks." Taken from their official website.

In 2020, Rachael and her husband, John Cusimano, faced the unthinkable when a fire broke out in their New York home. She chronicled the rebuilding process with fans of her show, and shared a tour of the home in November 2021 after a 15-month-long renovation. That experience drew Rachael to help others in similar situations.
