We have some exciting things happening in Connecticut this fall. The Sound On Sound Music Festival is back and will take place at Seaside Park In Bridgeport on Saturday, Sept. 30 and Sunday, Oct. 1. for it's second year. The Red Hot Chili Peppers, John Mayer and Alanis Morissette are some of the many headlining acts who will be coming to Bridgeport in the fall. Sound On Sound is known as "A festival celebrating world class music, local cuisine, wine, and craft beer"

Taken from the Sound On Sound official website "From seeing your fa vorite band perform live, to relaxing with a cold beer at the Sports Hall, or sipping a glass of wine in the Wine Grove, to riding the the Ferris Wheel this year’s festival offers an elevated experience. Sound On Sound will feature one massive stage for optimal viewing, over 20 bands and no overlapping sets, Sound On Sound allows attendees to catch every act without having to pick and choose." This year’s festival footprint has DOUBLED in Seaside Park. You’ll be able to relax & and enjoy the elevated experience with plenty of space to roam the festival grounds."

Big news forJB fans! The Jonas Brothers are back live in Connecticut with their 2023 tour this Summer!. Are you one of the die-hard Jonas Brothers fan who has waited patiently to see the brothers live in concert? Well, if you are a fan or you have friends or family members who are, the wait is over. On Thursday, August 17th at 7:30 pm we have Nick, Joe and Kevin playing live in concert at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut! According to the Bands In Town "The Jonas Brothers' first single, "Mandy", was released on December 27, 2005. Its music video was shown on MTV's Total Request Live on February 22, 2006 and reached number four. Another song, "Time for Me to Fly," was released on the Aquamarine soundtrack, also in February. In March, "Mandy" was featured in the Nickelodeon television film Zoey 101: Spring Break-Up and the Zoey 101: Music Mix soundtrack album, with Nicholas Jonas listed as the artist name. The group's music was also featured on Cartoon Network's Cartoon Cartoon Fridays.The band covered "Yo Ho (A Pirate's Life for Me)" from Pirates of the Caribbean for the DisneyMania 4 album, released on April 4, 2006. Over the summer of 2006, the Jonas Brothers went on tour with Aly & AJ. The Jonas Brothers also created the theme song for the second season of American Dragon Jake Long, airing from June 2006 to September 2007 on the Disney Channel. It's About Time was finally released on August 8, 2006."
