St. Jude Parish’s Annual Italian Festival Is A Four-Day Event For Family And Friends

One of Fairfield County Connecticut's most beloved festivals is the St. Jude Italian Festival. This Parish celebration is being held at 707 Monroe Turnpike, at the intersection of Route 110, from 6 pm to 10 pm from Wednesday through Friday, and also from 5 pm to 10 pm on Saturday. This annual tradition consists of Italian food, amusement park rides, all kinds of fun games, live entertainment and so much more at the 27th annual St. Jude Italian Festival .

Over the past several years the festival has gone from a small, two-day carnival to now being a four-day festival event. The St. Jude Italian Festival is attracting more than 10,000 people and a ''place to gather with family and friends and join in this wonderful Parish tradition where togetherness, fun, laughter, and joy '' according to their St Jude Parish Italian Festival Website. The Church tours and St. Jude prayer shrine are also available to visitors.

With JMG music playing the most popular songs and dance party music and Stewart Amusement having the fun rides and games for all our families in the community to enjoy.

What's new this year? The festival is offering Nutmeg Concessions with a variety of food and carnival treats on their menu including; hamburgers, hotdogs, French fries, pizza, sausage and peppers, pizza fritta and much more. The festival is also offering family-favorite sweet treats like ice cream and cotton candy and many other additional treats as well.

The Parish Raffle drawing is on Saturday night with $3,000 as the first prize.
