Hello FitLifers! And welcome first time visitors! I again learned about recent flooding devastation in another national park. Capitol Reef is one of Utah’s most unique and remote parks and has been experiencing floods the last couple days. And more flooding is threatening additional Utah parks. So if you are visiting these areas in Utah, please take caution and remember to check the NPS website for closing and opening updates. So today, I am taking you on a brief road trip through this beautiful park full of geological wander and hidden treasures! Welcome to Capitol Reef National Park in Utah!
