Journey through this rare cactus garden in Joshua Tree National Park, CA

Joshua Tree is an amazing national park and it welcomes millions of visitors every year. National parks offer free fee days at the parks. Another option might be to purchase the annual pass so you can enjoy as many parks as possible in the year. Here are a few reasons why I love this park! 🌵Barker Dam: The beauty, quiet, serene, and peaceful Ora of the desert is intoxicating. Watch for several big horn sheep roaming around nearby. 🌵Large boulders to scramble and hike through. 🌵Cholla Cactus Garden, 'cholla' has a meaning of shrubby cacti and has cylindrical stems made up of segmented joints. The cacti stems can actually separate themselves and connect stubbornly to you. Take caution through this section. Learn more about this incredible park at my blog: FitLifeandTravel.com.
