2120 – This place Is far better than the year we are in!

My friend picked the restaurant this time and I was wondering how it had eluded my radar! It seems like some people had less than stellar experiences a long time ago, and clearly this restaurant has fixed anything that may have gone wrong in the past. We started with the excellent specialty drinks and were impressed by the creative and not overly sweet concoctions. They use pea-flower infused tea to create the lovely purple effect over the mound of ice - so it's good for digestion and it's pretty! We loved the raw items: oysters, beef tartare, cured salmon. The burrata was amazing with their house made jam. The pork chop was cooked perfectly and the broccoli was really tasty. The brussel sprouts were slightly over charred for our taste, but we had more than enough food so it was fine. The staff was personally invested in our experience and it felt really warm! I recommend this restaurant for a one-time night with family, friends or even your date. It was quite the positive experience!
