5 Easy breakfast – Cuz everyone’s busy these days!

1) Greek Yogurt -

• 5.3oz container plain non-fat Greek yogurt

• 1 tbsp sliced almonds

• 1/4 cup blueberries

• 1 tsp flax meal

• 1 tsp nut butter of your choice

• 1/2 tbsp dark chocolate chips

2) Banana Protein shake

• 1/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt

• 1 medium banana

• 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

• 1 tbsp nut butter of your choice

• Cinnamon to taste

• Ice as needed

3) Chia Yogurt Bowl

• nonfat Greek yogurt

• chia seeds

• vanilla extract

• milk

• honey

4) Avocado toast

• 1 slice whole-grain bread, toasted

• 1/2 avocado, sliced

• 1 tbsp goat cheese

• 1 egg, fried in 1/4 tsp olive oil

5) Chocolate overnight oats

• 1/2 cup rolled oatmeal

• 1/2 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk

• 1 tsp chia seeds

• 1/2 tbsp maple syrup

• 1 tsp cocoa powder

• 1 tbsp nut butter

• 1/4 cup fresh berries or fruits of choice
