Marissa Williams was a 19-year-old Alabama girl who made headlines after she was arrested for trying to hire someone to do the unthinkable. It turned out that Marissa wasn’t exactly the smartest cr*minal and she got caught in the most shocking and unexpected way.

Marissa was homeless and on probation when her aunt, Patra Williams, took her in. It didn’t take long for their relationship to become strained. Patra was concerned about her niece’s behavior and the people she was associating with online. Marissa often invited strange men over and posted provocative photos on Facebook. When Patra saw the posts and confronted Marissa, the teen blocked her.

One day, Marissa received a Facebook friend request from Tre “Topdog” Ellis and they started chatting. Eventually, she told Tre she hated her family and asked him to get rid of them. Marissa gave Tre detailed instructions on how to enter her home and told him to annihilate her aunt, her aunt’s fiance, her cousin, and even the family dog.

Tre was, in fact, a fictitious persona. After Marissa blocked her aunt, she created a fake account to find out what the teen was up to.

Once Patra received the sordid messages, she contacted the authorities who detained Marissa for solicitation of m*rder. She was released on a $30,000 bond and the charges were dropped after she wrote an apology letter.

Today, Marissa is a 28-year-old mom of two. Nevertheless, she will always be known as the girl who accidentally hired her aunt to get rid of her own family.
