All weekend long, NTRL MOTO Collective's Shift Series Motorcycle Show will take place at The Hall at Fargo Brewing Company. It joins a series of free winter moto shows that go through April and highlight different kinds of custom motorcycle builds. The focus this weekend is tracker, brat, and cafe bikes.

In addition to bike displays, there will be helmet art, moto movies, food vendors, cold beer, cigars, and a pop-up tattoo shop in the Nice Barber Company Lounge located inside Fargo Brewing. Josh Shea from No Coast Tattoo has created a few moto-inspired flash sheets and will be tattooing on Saturday only from 11AM – 10PM.

On Saturday, Saigon Kuisine will be at Fargo Brewing from 5PM-9PM during the moto show. This up-and-coming restaurant serves authentic Vietnamese food like eggrolls, bahn mi, and fried rice. You can find them at other pop-up events like the Red River Market and Wild Terra.

The pop-up tattoo shop will be open on Saturday only from 11AM – 10PM with Josh Shea. First-come, first-serve.

Swing Barrel Brewing is having a "Silent Night" using sign language to order beer this Friday, December 9

Patrons will be encouraged to use sign language this Friday for an hour to help raise awareness for the deaf community. Photo bySwing Barrel Brewing Co. Swing Barrel Brewing Co. is partnering with Chuck Eade, a local resource in accessibility. Chuck has lived his entire life with hearing loss and made the life-changing decision to get a cochlear implant last year. He'll be stopping by the brewery to share his story and teach some basic American Sign Language so that patrons can silently order beer at the taproom.

Dia Del Taco Fest is today at Fargo Brewing Company

The 4th Annual Event runs today from 3PM-8PM. Fargo Brewing Company and Jade Presents have curated an event that brings several local vendors, such as Pico, Lupe’s Tacos, Casa Delicia Eatery, Big Papa's BBQ, Broskis, and Nova Eatery together in one place. Each vendor will have a unique menu and offer lower-price street tacos so patrons can try them all. Everyone will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite tacos in the Ultimate Taco Showdown. In previous years, Pico and Lupe's Tacos were voted as local favorites.
