Eat at one of Tulsa’s best Mexican Restaurants- El Rancho Grande on Route 66

El Rancho Grande has became a family favorite this past year. We first visited back in September for our youngest sons birthday, then for our oldest sons birthday in November and once again last weekend for my birthday! We’ve always had a great experience and the food is so yummy. We really love the white queso and think it’s some of the best queso we’ve ever had. Our boys love the quesadillas, and bean and cheese burritos. On our last two visits I had the nighthawk (two cheese and onion enchiladas topped with chili con carne and cheddar cheese and one soft cheese taco topped with queso) which was made famous in a book called, Taco USA: How Mexican food conquered America. It is ranked one of the best Mexican dishes in all of the US! We also enjoy their fajitas, and tamales. Cant wait to visit again and try more from their menu. El Rancho Grande has been in Tulsa for more than 60 years and is on Route 66. We highly recommend trying it out.
