How to Visit Three Sisters Springs to See (or Swim With) Manatees

Three Sisters Springs is located on the Crystal River in Citrus County, which is considered to be the Manatee Capital of the World. Every year, over half a million tourists visit the Crystal River area, many hope to spot, or even swim with the remarkable creatures. While manatees can be spotted year round, they are more commonly found in the springs in the winter months when the spring water is warmer than the gulf water. Planning a trip can be a bit confusing because you can either view the springs from a boardwalk above. or access the springs via water by paddling or swimming (depending on the time of year). In this video we share the various ways to access the springs to help plan a trip to Three Sisters Springs. -- Thanks so much for watching our channel, for more Florida content be sure to follow us.
