Learning how to become a part of — The creator economy as it's being called is bigger than ever and still growing.
Hey everybody, its Euri with Clareifi Creatives, I hope you’re all having a great day, no matter when you’re reading this!
So… I guess I’m starting a vlog now…
In addition to writing on NewsBreak, I also share video content here.
The latest video that I’ve put up here is a different type of video than what I’d normally share here on NewsBreak, but if I really think about it, it falls in line with what Clareifi is all about.
Clareifi is about:
Life, love, family, career, style, dad stuff of course, and many other things.
But it's the career part of today's topic that this video really falls under, and specifically the career choice that is…
Becoming a content creator.
Watch the video - Learning How to become a part of the creator economy - on NewsBreak.
So, whether that means being a video creator, a writer, a musician, or if you want to be an affiliate marketer, or a social media influencer and work with brands.
Learning how to become a part of — The creator economy as it's being called is bigger than ever and still growing.
A recent article in Forbes magazine puts;
“the total size of the creator economy at a little over $100 billion dollars this year, and YouTube alone expects a $30 billion stream of revenue at the end of 2021.
Right now, we’re all living in the middle of a major shift in the way that we think about work, and our careers.
Since the pandemic began, more people had the opportunity to work from home, and decided that was the way to go, and a lot of them started side businesses with the new flexibility that they had.
Other people who maybe lost a job, or decided to do something they always dreamed about, made the choice to not put it off any longer, and become a part of the creator economy.
That’s exactly what happened to me — I never thought that I would depend on creating content to earn a living. I didn’t think that I would be a writer, or that anyone would ever even want to read anything that I wrote. But the past couple of years have changed everything for me. It’s definitely not easy, it’s still work. It’s still a job,
But, the difference is… It’s a job that I’ve chosen - as a freelancer, as an entrepreneur. And yes, being a content creator means learning how to run your own business…
And that is exactly what this series of videos that I’ll putting up here on NewsBreak will be covering.
Learning about, and trying out, different ways to earn a living as a creator online. I’ll be sharing my experiences. I’ll share the tools I use, and different platforms to share content that resonates with my viewers, readers, subscribers, and followers.
If you're reading this and thinking, Yeah, of course I’d love to be paid to create content, and share my work with people who appreciate it.
I know you’ll get a lot out of the next few videos that I have planned.
So, if your interested in learning about sharing video, blog posts, creating a podcast or just learning how to monetize your creative work…
You want to make sure to check out the video and hit the follow on NewsBreak button, leave a comment below the video — to let me know what kind of creator you are, and how I can help, and finally — share this video with whomever you think might be interested in what’s coming up.
