Breakfast Junkies: This Henderson restaurant is every breakfast lover's dream!

Eugene Adams

Breakfast is often called the most important meal of the day.

I have no idea if that's true, but either way, breakfast is fantastic. Bacon and eggs, waffles, pancakes, breakfast burritos, and the list of great breakfast foods are endless.

If you're looking for a great breakfast spot in Henderson, look no further than Breakfast Junkies.

Breakfast Junkies

Breakfast Junkies isn't all about the food, although the food is fantastic. It aims to be more than that. It aims to be a place where people can eat, drink, and, most importantly, socialize with family and friends.

Their menu offers traditional breakfast options with a modern twist. They also have a great coffee bar, as well as juices and boozy mimosas.

Their weekend brunch is quite an event. They feature themes and local DJs, making for an atmosphere almost as unique as their food.

The breakfast menu has all the classic options you would expect.

  • Chicken and Waffles
  • Steak and Eggs
  • Chicken Fried Steak
  • Biscuits and Gravy
  • Omelets
  • Avocado Toast

You can't go wrong with the classics, but they also have plenty of other choices. They also have delicious burgers, hotdogs, and rice bowls if you're not in the mood for breakfast.

If you're in the mood for a boozy breakfast, they have three delicious spritz options.

  • Grammy Green Apple
  • Grapefruit Spritz
  • Morning Spritz

They also have several unique breakfast shot options and plenty of non-alcoholic options if that's more your speed.

Dinner is served after 4:30 daily.

  • Beef Skewers
  • Sopes Flight
  • Salmon
  • Chicken Skewers
  • Short Rib Pot Roast
  • Pasta and Meatballs
