3 great restaurants a stone's throw away from Angels Stadium

Eugene Adams

Baseball season is in full swing.

That means fans from all over are flocking back to Angel Stadium. While Angels Stadium is a great place for good times, it’s not always the best place to eat.

If you’re headed to or from the stadium, you might be looking for a place to grab a bite.

Here are three great restaurant options close to the stadium.

Craft by Smoke and Fire

Yes, Craft by Smoke and Fire has excellent food, but it’s about more than that. They aim to be a true cornerstone of the community. A place where great people can share a great meal. Their dishes, craft cocktails, and great entertainment aim to nourish both your body and soul.

Their smoked meat is the heart of the menu. Their steaks, ribs, pork chops, brisket, and lamb are top-notch. However, they also stand out with creative burger and street food options.

If you’re looking to try something unique, try the Big Rib-Lowski Burrito. It’s Prime short rib, a three cheese blend, mac n cheese, fries, comeback sauce, and cilantro.

Pour Vida Tortillas & Taps

Southern California is filled with terrific Mexican restaurants. Pour Vida Tortillas & Taps manages to stand out despite the crowded market. It’s the perfect place for drinks and a modern Mexican flare.

During breakfast time, they serve great breakfast sandwiches and burritos. The lunch and dinner menu includes 14 different tacos.

If you’re looking for an interesting mix between Mexican and American food, their Green Chorizo Smashburger is for you. It’s a spicy 8 oz patty with melted cheese, caramelized onions, and their secret sauce.

If you’re looking for something to wash the food down with, the menu is full of great cocktail options. The House Margarita and Jalapeno Michelada are particularly popular.
