Burgers have been a staple of Los Angeles diets for as long as I can remember. That isn’t changing any time soon. However, the type of burger might be changing. 

Every year, vegan “meat” options become more popular. Every year they also get cheaper and more delicious. 

Here are four Los Angeles restaurants where you can get a tasty meatless burger. 

Honeybee Burger

Honeybee Burger has two great Los Angeles locations. They have many different menu options, but they are all vegan. Their goal is to serve high-quality 100% plant-based fast food to everyone.

HiHo Cheeseburger

HiHo Cheeseburger has three great Los Angeles locations.

HiHo’s regular burgers are made with nothing but the highest quality beef. They exclusively serve beef that’s 100% grass-fed and 100% grass-finished Wagyu. They believe that produces the highest quality burgers. 

HiHo takes their vegetarian burger just as seriously. The Vegetarian HiHo burger is gluten-free, made with their house-made vegan patty.

Burgerlords

Burgerlords always had vegan options, but it originally served meat also. However, they have achieved their stated goal of becoming a 100% vegan restaurant. 

The switch to a fully vegan menu has done nothing to lessen the taste of their burgers.

Vurger Guyz

Vurger Guyz food truck opened back in 2018 with the goal of promoting plant-based eating without sacrificing taste. 

Vurger Guyz was started by four former NCAA athletes who take health very seriously. They believe deeply in the benefits that a plant-based lifestyle can provide. 

Not sold on the idea of a vegan burger? Don’t worry; all their food comes with a “One Bite Warranty.” If you take one bite and don’t like it, your meal is free.
